膨体四氟带的用途

nnecttype="rect" gradientshapeok="t" o:extrusionok="f">志岳牌膨体聚四氟乙烯密封带是采用*的加工工艺制造而成的一种非常新颖奇特的密封材材料。它是一种连续带状的白色纯聚四氟乙烯制品，具有很好的柔韧性、压缩回弹性、耐蠕变性、耐高低温性及优异的耐腐蚀性、不老化性、自润滑性。密封性能，安装使用极为方便，是化工、医药、石化、食品饮料、电子、电力、冶金、船舶等行业极理想的密封材料.

适用介质 除元素氟、熔融碱金属以外的一切化学物质。

密封带的用途：

·各种搪瓷衬里、玻璃衬里、塑料衬里、橡胶衬里、石墨衬里及不锈钢、钛钢的塔、热交换器、反应釜等法兰面的密封。
·各种管道和管配件的法兰面密封。
·表面加工精度较差，不平整区域较大，形状不规则，螺栓紧固力不易用足或不宜过大的大口径设备的法兰面密封。
·强腐蚀介质和不能被丝毫污染的流体的密封。

EXPANDED PTFE SEALANT JOINTS

Expanded PTFE sealant joints are made of pure PTFE dispersion resin through use of special techniques. Pliable, tough, tensile and resistant to corrosion, creep and cold currents, these joints can be easily stuck on the doors of flanges. With minimum waste, these products are economical in cost, especially for sealing in places of medium or low pressure.
